Yes, August 3 06 when a tractor trailer tried to park his rig in our back seat near home in Tennessee. We were in our own lane when he pulled into our area at 65 miles per hour.
He demolished our car, broke many bones, severe cuts, then they took us to the worst hospital care ever seen in our town where wife waited in hospital corridor for 5 hours before being seen.
I carry pictures of car, to this day. Totaled.

I coded in the ER when I was 22 after an attack. No white light, no tunnel, no pearly gates, just a godawful screeching that in retrospect I'm pretty sure was the EKG.

Assuming you mean a near-death experience, yes. Too often. The drivers where I live are all maniacs.

Death came to my house one day and he told me that he lost his scythe, I agreed to help him look for it if he helped me get into Margert Sawyer's pants. So he bought me some beer and took me to Margret's house where she was dead, "sorry dude" said death, so I kicked him in the nuts. I thought about doing it with Margert anyway after drinking the beers, but that would be sick. I mean they were Milwaukee's best for crying out loud. And that's my experience with death.
