If im drinking packeted stuff then innocent all the way, but i prefer to stuff a load of fruit thats been in the fridge through the juicer and get the freshest and healthiest stuff available.

Even the best packet stuff like innocent loses some of its goodness 20 minutes after its made. Cant beat the fresh stuff.

I find innocent to be more like milkshake come smootie, so it'd be PJ,. If you're out and about though Zumo smoothies are to die for and you pick the fruit you want and they blend it right in front of you! So you totally know whats going into your drink! yum yum xx

Ooh, good question! I'd say Innocent as not only does it taste better but the adverts are cool and the text on packaging makes me laugh. (Also, their water is really nice even if it is over priced.)

Innocent very nice but not as nutritious or as good as making your own.

And a whole heap cheaper to make your own
