It's Latin. Although I'm very rusty, I do know that goodfell_az is incorrect. The problem with translating Latin, though, is there are technically many ways to translate--meaning that the words may not still have their original meaning.

This is my translation (punctuation is mine):

That is some junk from an online translator. Take is an English word that did not get translated. It makes no real sense, as the Latin was badly butchered and did not retain whatever the original meaning was supposed to be. The cases are all wrong.
