I am 20 and I recently started dating a guy who is 33. I really like him but I feel he might not take me seriously because of the age difference. Is it possible he is with me for a real relationship or just a booty call?

both are possible. sometimes that much of an age difference can be too difficult to make serious. for hope for success i hope you are mature for your age and he is a bit immature for his. seriously if its a relationship, you'll go out, to movies, to dinner, to clubs bars whatever, if you find you're spending the majority of your "couple time" in bed or near one its booty time

It's possible that it's serious.
Just he may be more aloof than the younger guys. He's not so desperate, not so preoccupied with just sex, not so impressed with stuff.
He may have more patience than you.
Play it by ear, age is a horrible way of trying to figure out if things will work or not.
Edit: to the person posted above me, No, a person 33 dating someone 20 doesn't have issues. You're just too shortsighted to understand that age isn't the issue, it's the person. Wait until ur 35, Does the guy who's 48 matter then? I don't think so.
