Well on Atom Films there is a clip about breaking all 10 comandments in one day. but the mosaic code is 363 laws some involving owning cattle who have a tendancy to gore people so those might be a little hard to achieve.
Best to go with the Jesus system of the Great Commandment, Love God with all your heart mind and spirit and love your neighbor as your self.
So if you and your girlfriend are abusive in a satanic way filled with self loathing you got what you desire since all the laws hang from those.
BTW I do Not recommend this behavior.
