I am so sorry to hear about your kittie...twitching is a normal sign of the muscles "shutting down" or reacting to the damage done by "something". The bleeding is from internal injuries from poisoning, being hit by something or someone, or an undetected illness of some sort...it is very hard to tell unless you go to the expense of an autopsy...hugs to you...

I think someone may have poisoned her. It wasnt antifreeze, they dont bleed from that but they would from stricknine which is rat poison. I'm sorry your cat died.

Your state department of agriculture may have a veterinary lab. For a nominal fee they can necropsy your cat and inform you of the cause of death. Contact your local extension agent or agricultural college for contact information.

if she was an outdoor cat i would have to say she had some type of internal injury if she was indoor i think maybe she got into something she shouldnt have (poison of some sort)

If she was a licker type kitty and an outdoor kitty do you think she may have come across antifreeze?

maybe Ethoxyquin...a poison. Ask your vet, or a vet...
