It's way better to be single. Why waste all your time on a guy when there's so much else to do and more important people to impress — like yourself? I'd rather be single forever than taken for a day.

That's a relative question, and dependent on several variables. While it is sometimes more convenient to be single, as people get older in life, many prefer to have a mate. It is, however, better to be single than to be in an abusive relationship. When it comes to raising children, I would have to say it is very advantageous to be in a committed relationship. I also believe that it's been proven that married people tend to live longer.

When you are in a relationship it is better to be single, and when you are single it is better to be in a relationship.

i think it's a 50/50 thing. i love being single cuz u can flirt w/ who ever u want!!!! and ur totaly free to do what ever. but i really like having a boyfriend cuz i like the feeling of knowing that sum1 really cares about u. and that feeling u get in ur tummy when i see the person. or that connection u feel when i kiss. so it's pretty 50/50.

single at the young age but maybe by 30's and above I prefer not to be one.
