Maybe you should spend a little less time together and more time apart. This way, you will both have exciting news to report. Good luck!

Communication is one of the main keys to a healthy relationship. However, it does not mean that you have to talk 24/7. Do not be too worried that you both sometimes have nothing to talk about. Be willing to sit at a TV, read something, eat, or go to the movies and barely say two words to each other. You both do need to find some activity (not watching TV) that you enjoy doing together. Once you do, find time at least once a month to do it together. Don't do it everyday because you will get bored with it. There are plenty of things in this world to talk about. It may just take you some time to find that topic that always makes you talk. You can start, if you haven't already, by talking about your lives in depth before you met; then move on to your ideas for the future.

Communication in a relationship is not what you talk about, but HOW you talk about it.

Sometimes there really is nothing new to talk about. Just let the relationship flow on it's own. Certainly when you see him you can tell him something about your day and inquire about his. When you go out, say to a movie, that can led to a conversation on many subjects. Sometimes just cuddling together and enjoying each other's company is enough. You shouldn't have to feel like you have to stay "on" all the time.

try not to talk so much on the phone and do more things together, read a book watch a movie and discuss it, ask him about his future plans, or something he would never expect you to talk about (laws, architecture, traveling, history), discuss abt religion, ur point of view on pullution.... dont know, anything... sometimes you can talk more when you are with him than on a phone, if you spend less time talking and more time doing things your relationship might flow better, you will be able to talk more, plus guys normally dont like talking on the phone a lot...

If you go somewhere with him on the weekend then u have something to talk about. Plus stop spending so much time on the phone. You have to remember that if someone really likes u then they are not bored just because your not talking. They are happy just being with you..

engage in activities like paint ball or building a sand castle, or ball room dancing. something to build a memory. you'll have plenty to talk about. the main thing in keeping a relationship fun and exciting is discovering new things to do. maybe bowling, or community service. or skating, etc.. or politics. oh and discuss this with him first so he knows what you are trying to do

Either talk about your day or just random stuff!!

Or try doing things together so you'll have that to talk about. :]
