I do. I think I'm depressed.

I didn't no, but i'm quite fond of my own company. Yes its great to be with someone you care about but i'm equally as happy on my own, in the periods where i have been single i haven't spent most of my time trying not to be.

Being jealous of someone else is a recipe for a steady downward slide, concentrate on what you like about you, you cant really be happy with someone else until you're happy with yourself.

Yeah that would definately be a sign of depression.

I don't think jealous is the word I would use. Most times it doesn't bother me all that much. Other times I think to myself they are lucky.

Also cheer up and get out there, put a little effort into finding someone and your bound to be dating someone shortly.

I did, mainly my m8's but it doesn't mean that your depressed, i have picked myself back up, put my self back on the market, as my old happy and jokey self and have pulled and am now cin the perfect lass.....Now it is me looking at my m8's thinking how much better off i was being that little bit more patient....You don't always have to be in a relationship unless it is someone that you really like and think that you can spend the rest of your life with.

oh yes. and if you know them well and they are well loved up even worse. I know its stupid but its reality. I've got a great guy but dont see him often. when i'm with my pals who are all couples I feel so on my own. its stupid but thats the way i feel. i feel jealous that they are going home with someone etc. however they don't have the thrill of being reckless etc

Not really.

It depends on the type of person you are i.e. are you an insecure person that feels like nobody likes / loves me and always needs to have a partner, or a loner a person who likes their own company.

Me i quite like being by myself every now and again with not a soul to talk to to break my peace.

Jealous? I actually feel sorry for them. They don't know how good it is to be single and independent.
