tio means uncle and it is mostly used by Spaniards to address each other, chulo in most of Latin America is also pimp or kept man.Guapo is fine, Guapeton OK, Cuero would get my attention means leather but is widely used in Latin America to point out that a person is hot You could say Hola Cuero, Hola Guapo, Que tal Guapeton

But guapo (pronounce wa-po)(like wa in water) is sooooooooo common and empty. If you walk past him without stopping he´d appreciate it but if you´re in conversation with him, you want to say something that actually means something.
