Are you by running water - a stream, river, etc.?
If the bottle is empty, fill it with cold water and leave for a few minutes.
Cold packs.

using 2 cups of salt to 1 cup of cold water , mix, place bottle in liquid and soon you will have a cold beverage.

dig a hole 24 inches deep, put the bottle in a bucket of water and set it in the hole, then put a lid on the hole. watch out for snakes when you open it.
