At night when I go to sleep, I feel like I want to kick my leg off. I didn't think about it til now. I just want to point my toe then flex the other way, point, flex, over and over. I wish I could just unscrew my leg and take it off at night! Anyone else?

(I bet this has something to do with my leg numbness during the day) (duh)

I have that sometimes too. it is usually when I dont do enough walking during the day. I just recently started hearing about RLS which is mentioned above. here is a web site to check out that has info on it..

My husband could barely sleep at night because his legs hurt so badly with cramps and such. A friend of mine told him to take these everyday and they seem to really help. Remember I'm not a doctor though. Here's the items to try daily:
Centrum A-Z
B-6
Caltrate 600-D
banana
vogurt

Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's called RLS (restless leg syndrome) and it's very common. If you see your doctor, they can prescribe you something like REQUIP and that will really help your legs stay still so you can sleep the whole night.

When I get restless legs, it feels like bugs crawling under my skin. Sometimes I'll even get it in my arms at the same time, it drives me to the brink of insanity because it is IMPOSSIBLE to sit or lie still!! I have to keep moving, it's exhausting!!!
