I believe the correct answer would be no. The queen does not dine alone or without the presence of one of the staff for fear should would choke on an item and there would be no one to offer aid. My guess is that, if she could dine alone, she still would not lick the plate clean, as she has spent far to many years in the practiced rites of table manners.

She'd better not! I'm bled dry to provide for her lifestyle, and if she needs to lick plates then I'm willing to give bone marrow too to keep her in the lifestyle she deserves.
