I think the skittle.However,that would depend on the temperature of the water.If it were warm water,then it would be the M&M because it would melt the shell,and the chocolate.Although,reguardless as to what the temperature was,the skittle being primarily sugar,would dissolve.They both would lose their color tho.Ultimately,my answer is the Skittle.Have a good night hun.

well m&m are solid chocolate with just a thin outer shell ... so i bet the solid sugar skittle would disolve faster

im thinking a m&m will lose its color first, im not sure tho, i think im going to try that lab one day, i would do it now but i dont have any m&ms or skittles at my house right now.
