How do you save a video thats being played on Window Media Player?

Ok it won't let me download it but I can of course click it and play it in window media player...but like my dad said something about if you cache it you can download it to your desktop..is there any program that lets me download from my media player?

if you go to my computer ..documents and settings,admin,local service,loacl settings,then,temporary internet files.

delete everythig in that folder,then refresh the webpage your looking at.
when the video gets done loading go to the temparary folder and look for the file you want and then drag it to your desktop and rename it..
you can get anything from the web that way

when your playing video or download on media player and want to keep it in wmp file.select file,add to library,add currently playing item.that will keep it where you can go back to library add watch when ever you want.
