Time, keeping a positive outlook, being open to new relationships. Give yourself a certain amount of time (like 24-48 hours) to grieve in whatever way will help you most (listening to sad songs, reviewing your history with this person, whatever), and then consider it an important life lesson learned and know that you're now open to meet someone else who will make you happy. Always be honest, don't hold a grudge against the one who dumped you, don't talk about her to your friends or to the next person you are in a realtionship with, and by keeping a positive attitude and a smile on your face, you will attract all the right people to you. Sorry about the breakup, better times are ahead.

there is an easier way...never get involved again in a too serious relationship and you won't have to deal with it anymore. but for now look at other women and have some fun with your friends...it helps right?

you have to realize that that wasnt the girl for you. Everyone has "the one" for them (believe it or not) and you just have to find that special person.
