well you could start by hugging and such...for me there is almost nothing better then getting a hug from some you care and about knowing that they care about you as well. you could also kiss him in a way that says you want to move forward in the relationship but not too far. he wont think you are weird and if you try something and he laughs at your effort chances are he isn't laughing at you and thinking "she is weird". he is probably happy at the effort you put forth into moving forward. he would probably think it was a cute jester towards him.i don't know how far you have gone with him but if you aren't far the above is where to start. good luck to you.
