I'd take someone who's really rich/posh and not used to doing hard work. One of these rich kids who needs to know what it feels like. As for a task, I think lots of boring manual labour, like cleaning windows, hoovering, sweeping outside, mopping, washing the car etc. Things that they might have seen someone else do but never realised how hard and boring it actually was!
