Your body will adapt to antibiotics, prevention however, is easy, wash your hands (alot), avoid anti-bacterial soap (they will also kill the good bacterias that we need), eat right and take vitamins. Simple, yet affective.

A superinfection can occur if the bacteria that you are taking the antibiotic for becomes resistant to that antibiotic and grows out of control. The best way to prevent this is to be sure to take all your doses of antibiotic on time and finish the whole course (until all are gone).
