Yes, but only taken orally! Actually, we had minature daschunds growing up and 2 of us had severe allergies. No reaction to our dogs, but our neighbor has a long-haired dog that within 5 minutes of entering their house, we were reacting.

not sure if understand the question... but if you have allergies then I would recommend the long haired or wired haired, (they don't shed). The short haired dachshunds do shed.
If your asking if dachshunds are prone to have allergy problems.... then, No, they are not usually known to have allergies. Now my minature short haired dachshunds has sensitive skin. She can't wear flea collars, but that's it.
