You are not manually adjusted, they use this "wand" to do it. Yes, it works. I have been going to the main ProAdjuster office for about 5 years now. I have been in car accidents and this helps tremendously!

I have heard good things from people who go to their Chiropractor on a regular basis. They are well educated enough to know when to give your back an adjustment. I kind of think of it like going to the dentist, you can go only when you have a cavity and get it fixed or you can go every six months like they reccomend and perhaps prevent it.

No way. They can do serious damage to your back.

If your back hurts, go to a physical therapist. They do deep muscle massage, manipulations, ultrasound therapy, stretches, exercises, whirlpools, electrical stimulation, and more.
