I know this sounds lame, but I wonder why people need to put labels on their sexuality....some people we are going to be attracted to, no matter their gender. If your boyfriend is okay with it, and you feel comfortable, go for it. If you don't you may always wonder: what if?

Wow, that's a toughie. I read something like this in GL magazine. The answer was that you two are just REALLY good friends, and really good friends get so close, it's like you're attracted to each other, which is okay as long as you aren't lesbian. As for your friend being lesbian, that's not good, because then your chances go down...but that's not the point! And I wouldn't experiment just in case. Don't you think it's weird, though, that you would do it with your BFF? Well, I hope I helped! Good luck!!

I think if you are questioning your sexuality you should experiment. There is nothing wrong with that at all! Just be sure you are safe and open with all partners. However, just because you're boyfriend says it is cool doesn't actually mean he will think it's cool if you eventually start having feelings for a woman. Be completely open with him and tell him that you are interested in what it will be like and would like to try it out... .see where he stands.
And if you haven't researched Kinsey in the past you should check out his work. I totally agree with him on some of his points... that sexuality is fluid and most people are not classified as strictly homosexual or strictly heterosexual. It's quite interesting and makes you think differently about sex and attraction.
Good luck in whatever you choose!

I myself and a lesbian, and in highschool. You should tell your friend that you are attracted to her, and see how she reacts. Also, attraction is different from love. If you find yourself falling in love with a woman, you need to tell your boyfriend. Also, you might need to have a deep conversation with yourself. When I found out that I was gay, which was at a pretty young age actually, I found myself fighting over it. Is it okay to be gay? What does this mean if I admit that I am a lesbian, etc. etc. If you ever need help, advice, just want to talk, I am here if you need me :-D

sounds as if you might be bi. give it a try and see if you enjoy it or if it grosses you out. then go back to your boyfriend and see if you still have feelings for him like you did before your female encounter. if you liked both, you are bi. if you like the girls better and aren't interested in him anymore, you are a lesbian.

Nothing ventured nothing gained. Better to find out now than after you marry a guy.
