I am trying to gain weight, as everyone says I look severely underweight. The problem is I work full time, am a single mother with a four year old and a two year old. I also go to college. I can't seem to find the time in my schedule to gain weight. I also live with a diabetic, so we have to be careful what foods we have in the house. I don't eat breakfast, and I know I need to work on that, but any other tips would be great.

It's all about numbers..meaning calories. Depending your height and your metabolism you have to intake a certain amount of calories to maintain weight and a certain amount of calories to gain.

That's a great question! I have the same problem. I'm 23 and I've been about 115 llbs. since high school and I can't gain a single pound - and I eat like a PIG!!!

there are no healthy tips to gain weight i eat 6 kfc sandwhiches every day plus a meal every 3 hours and cant gain a single pound hope utr not discouraged gl

If you want to gain fat in a healthy way try increasing your caloric intake with healthy foods.

If you want to gain muscle weight work out and eat lots of protein.
