I gave my cat to the pound a couple months ago and it went to the Petsmart in Springfield, MO. Did anyone adopt her?

If you surrendered your cat you don't deserve to know where or who adopted it. I certainly know I wouldn't want you to find out so you could bother me with your pity story why you gave her away.

You betrayed your friend. I don't think she wants you to know where she is because if I was her I sure wouldn't..
But have you ever heard the saying:
If you love something set it free and if it doesn't come back it was never ment to be?
If she loves you I bet she'll catch your scent and return to you.
