Cells have no known features to block incoming calls. Land line phones do. Check with Bell South, I'm sure it cost. For your home phone they should have a service called distinctive ring. I use that number for those I might have a problem with. It's that kind of world. Where you need to know who is calling you. I don't need to use my psychic abilities.
