I have lost 20lbs in 2 weeks but I weigh more than you. You need to eat something to keep your self going. Here is what I recommend. If you follow this you will loose the weight.

Morning RUN and I mean Run as much as you can. At least 3 miles, preferably 5

eat only egg beaters for breakfast, but as much as you want, plus take a fiber supplement. Nothing else all day

Night Run another 3-5 miles.

If you do this for 2 weeks every day I guarantee you will loose the weight. Egg beaters are very low in calories no fat and a ton of proten. seriously try it it works

You didn't give your height, which leads me to believe your question is NOT very well thought out, and at 16 there's no way you can be considered mature, by definition. Losing that much weight that fast is dangerous, and can affect your health for years to come. And unhealthy is not sexy!

That having been said, I did it in my mid-20's, and the logistics are to have a 3500-calorie per day deficit--that means using 3500 more calories each day for 2 weeks than your body takes in.

DO NOT try dehydration or laxatives for this. YOU COULD DIE!

Now if you still want to do this, seek professional help, and talk to your 'rents/caregivers.

First off, 103 is not good for a 16-year-old. But you still need to /stay/ fit. Exercise daily. Eat healthy. You can maintain that.
I don't think it's possible to lose 15 pounds in two weeks.
I can lose 10 in two weeks when I restrict, but I do not recommend this.

I did once years ago on the 'adkins diet"-i think it was 15 lbs.
the first week. of course much of the weight loss was water
i do not recommend this diet long term however!!!

The problem with your question is that you have not mentioned your height. But you say that it is a normal weight. I would say that instead of fasting, you should exercise. Likely you need to turn your baby fat into muscle, which is leaner looking. IOW, your weight remains the same, but you will look trimmer!

NO.

It's time for you to respect your body. Why on earth would you think you want to be skinnier? No. Treat your body with the respect necessary to live a long and healthy life.

first situation your no longer fat. yet once you prefer to drop extra pounds quickly drink lots of water and eat basically healthful ingredients like salad, end result vegies. Lay off of the salty stuff because of the fact they make you shop water weight. bypass brisk strolling for a hour an afternoon.
