I too breast fed my children (including a set of twins) so I went through the same problem. Once I hit my mid 30's I put on a little weight and started doing yoga regularly and my breasts are better for it. You can strengthen the muscles behind the fatty part of the breasts help lift them up. Good luck!

I really wish there was something that could be done other than going under the knife. But I don't think there is. I had the opposite problem though, mine got larger. I was hoping they would go back to my normal size after I was done with the breast feeding. But unfortunately it never happened. I also have the sagging problem. The only thing I can suggest is finding a really good bra.

I have a problem that is the total opposite. I only breast fed for one month and mine are even bigger than I started off being so I am looking for a reduction. I had a roomate that was an A cup. She use to use the pills for breast enhancement and she said that your breast would actually get sore as they were growing. Look on google under breast enhancement supplements and see what you can find.

Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do to improve the sag in your skin if it hasn't "sprung back" already (unless you just stopped breastfeeding?). You could maybe *try* vitamin E and aloe creams, to try to improve elasticity, but unfortunately saggy boobs are just the price we have to pay for giving our children a better edge on life by being good mothers and breastfeeding. Try to think of it as a "badge of honor" of motherhood. And then look for a good bra that minimizes the sag.

my goodness!! can empathize with u when tell you that my breasts aren't anywhere close to perky as they used to be. didn't breast feed but doesn't matter whether u do or not... ur breasts will still lose some of it's perkiness. Seriously thinking of getting a breast lift. About the shrinking..can't help u there...don't breast feed.

Me too. It sucks eh? Let me be sad here for a moment.......
Well I guess if it bugs me enough in the next couple of years then maybe eventually I will go under the knife.
I have some good bras, and padding when needed.
Basically with all the bra options they have today no one will know but your husband.
