Is it ok to date a co-worker? I mean I am quitting my job in a couple of weeks, so it won't get in the way of my work. She had just startted working recently.

of course its OK, I married my boss. There were those who complained ( well, 2 people who didn't have anything better to do, and their opinions did not concern us or the rest of the workforce). So go for it...... Good Luck

Most companies have rules, so you should either check or wait those couple weeks and make a move once you're no longer co-workers.

I hope you are leaving for a better job because that will impress her. In the mean time BY AL MEANS ask her out. If you have put in your two weeks notice even if they find out you will only miss one week of pay after they fire you.
