what are guys interested in? like what do they look for in girls? like looks? or.. whatever. because theres this guy that i like and im not sure if he likes me back, but i really like him and im just wondering how can i get him to like me back?

well if you want to get him to try to like you back you could always start with casual conversation. if he talks back a lot and continues to talk at other times you can pretty much assume he is interested in some way. also when talking to him look at in straight in the eyes and respond back to him one sided conversations suck and make sure that you are interested in what he is talking about. or if you bring something up try and make it so you are both interested in what is being said. you don't really need any conversations what are like "so....whats next" where you pause and there is nothing left to talk about. you can also ask him if he wants to grab a bite to eat sometime or if you would like to join him for lunch or just something like that. something that says hey i want to meet outside of work sometime. but basically be yourself personally i can tell when a girl doesn't mean what she is saying i can also tell if a girl is even semi interested in me. so for you if a date does happen have fun be yourself, be interested in what he says and always try to have something to talk about. dates are more successful when both people are entertained.

men and women the world over like and are attracted to different things..
dont try and make someone like you cos it'll be an act you can't keep up (unless you just want to s##g him of course) .
be yourself and find someone that likes you
