it's all about doing things that we don't think we are really supposed to be doing...as in..it might invoke some teenage memory of when he was doing the exact same thing with a girlfriend in his parents house while they were downstairs oblivious to what was going on upstairs in his bedroom..
it's a thrill, it's naughty, and the thought of getting caught probably excites him still..even if he is now an adult and the act itself is fully acceptable he's managed a somewhat safe way to bring back the thrill of his past....
part of it might be his need to assert the fact that he is in fact an adult and that no matter what his parents do or say..he now has the ability to act however he wants and to do whatever he wants..and this particular act might well have seemed to be the most rebellious when he was a child...

Listen, You should have stuck with abstinence dear. But on the main problem, be patient a bit longer, but at your age, believe it or not, Teens are just lonely little guys. Looking for love and such, but still growing. You kids keep growing til your around 25, its when the brain finishes developing, So you having a boy friend a such is nice and all, but its easy to get over whelmed by those sweet moments. I don't know if you regret having sex at such an early age, but you should think of your virginity as a gift, be thoughtful of who you give it too, and who you give yourself too after wards. Man, my english teacher rubbed off on me, I'm not answering your question. um... Give up on the guy, he smokes weed, and doesn't care about school. Reflects his personality as an individual.

Maybe he's a bit of a thrill seeker and likes the fact that your doing something naughty with your folks present. Or maybe he's just more turned on to you and grateful for you when he's reminded of this by their presence.

he isnt when they arent around? Maybe he wants to show his parents he can carry on a healthy relationship. or maybe his dad paid him to watch u two have sex who knows?

so they can hear him having sex... to prove he's not gay. or to be a BAD boy. maybe it's weirdly exciting for him to have sex when he could be caught by his parents.
