Happy birthday! Go to hooters and live it up. You can try Dave and Busters near and around long Island. They have games like arcades, dancing, a very nice restaurant which is not expensive, they serve pasta, steak, chicken dishes, cloth napkins, fancy tablecloths, dim lighting, cheap, and do not require formal wear. They have a bar, a non formal eating area, and pool rooms(the game). Great atmosphere, super fun for all sexes. Enjoy your birthday.

You might want to try:

Carmines - family style italian - West 44th and Upper West Side

Puglia - crazy, fun, loud and cheap in Little Italy

Pop Burger - 9th Ave. near 14th Street - fun, bite sized burgers and they have a cool lounge in the back for afterwards

Xunta - 1st Ave. & 9th Street - tapas and great sangria

Tio Pepe - West 4th Street, Bet. 6th & 7th Ave - great Spanish food and has a nice backyard garden that is great for groups

Zanzibar or Vynl or Eatery or Mangia et Bevi - 9th Ave. (40's) - all of these places are fun and have good food and space for groups

Just make sure you call ahead and tell them the size of your party so they can be ready when you get there!

Ruby Foo's. It has a really good variety of asian foods. There are two--- one in Times Spaure and I think one on the upper east side though I've never been to that one. Really good food, check it out!

If you have a big group, Carmine's. One entree feeds two or three hungry men, four women or 100 Paris Hiltons.

Also -- cheaper Puglia or Arturo's (Houston ST.)
