The sun rises in the east (mountains) and sets in the west (ocean). It doesn't matter where you are, the sun always rises in the east and sets in the west. Happy travels!

The solar rises from the east. except you want to flow to East l. a., no position. The "marine layer" ruins an outstanding destroy of day. attempt a sundown at Venice, Playa del Rey, or any of the coastline cities. there is not something like seeing the solar plunk into the sea.
