i use my senses and imagination a lot...i like to take everything in around me and feel everything i see...try and draw on the energy around me...so if i am in a thunderstorm for instance i would look at how everything around me is...how the rain is falling, how fast the wind is moving, how the clouds are forming...how it feels when it hits my skin how it tastes...how i feel when i look at it, the smell...how i feel barefoot in it, dancing in it ...you get the picture by now right? lol...and this works the same for me with many other things too...now when i think about those things at a later date it can evoke powerful emotions in me...and i find i can then turn these feelings into energy i need for a variety of situations...i know loads of you already think im bonkers so im not really bothered about that but i am interested in how you empower or evoke your emotions to the max...

My senses are more or less aligned to my emotions. For example, if it is a bright, sunny day, birds chirping etc., you won't find me out of ordinary, but if its raining - particularly thunderstorm, then my senses goes into a shell, I shut out the rest of the world. I get lost in a world of my own. When I was a little boy, one of my class teacher once wrote to my mom, "when the raindrops falls on the leaves (of the plants), we lose Somdeep". Really, nothing sort of a good headbutt could get me out of that trance. However some of my best paintings were created from that. The feeling that your mind and senses are in harmony with the nature - is a very powerful one, and probably the best tool a creative person can ever have.

No, I don't think you are bonkers at all! Emotional energy and particularly love - more than just the romantic kind - is what drives everybody. When it is blocked or misdirected, it creates a log-jam or 'sparking' (like an electrical circuit gone wrong or with a screwdriver jammed in it!).

Right then, lets come back to this again. I cannot check my emotions, whatever I'm feeling just pours out. You've gathered by now that I love to laugh. I can see funny in anything. I'm the worst liar in the world. I cannot disguise my feelings. I wear my emotions on my sleeve for all and sundry to see.

well a good question to that question would be, what are the critical emotions?
for me it's loss of loved ones, pure true love, incredible resentment to the point of which it's entertaining.
this is a little indirect and maybe not to the max nessisarily, but it is more concurrent. associate those feeling with physical entities. common occurances, objects and types of people. be broad.
color is an example of that, if you condition your mind to associate red with love or anger, completely engulf yourself with that color. red carpet red walls red table, chairs, desk, bed, pictures. different shades of red. everywhere.
experiment with certain things that mean something to you, and emotions that you would like to feel.

oh, and if practical isnt your thing, drugs are always an alternative.

That's a great ability. I myself wish I could turn my emotions off, because they never seem to do me any good and they arise at the most inappropriate of moments.

music. same thing, i turn it up loud and hear every note and vibration, the harmony and the message. they invoke memories in me. every song reminds me of a time and place and possibly an emotion. i get what you are saying and with me it's music.
