Nope, many have tried, NY marches to "IT'S OWN BEAT", not anyone elses ! There is No other city anything near what NY is like, although Chicago tries to be NY, and they eat what they "THINK" is Pizza !

March down to City Hall at 12 Noon, plant your flag on the City Hall Steps, crown yourself with a tiara and proclaim yourself 'Emperor of New York'
