There is no way to tell, except for ask him. Seems to me most guys are just playing games. So, why dont you join in? Woman are just as capable of playing games as men are, and to tell you the truth it can be quite satisfying.

does he do things with you other than making out and trying to feel you up? does he do things for you when he doesn't have to. flowers on any old day not just on a holiday, anniversary or your b-day??? these are all indicators.

I am positively critical of the people i like. but in general you can just ask, DUH, or they will talk to you alot and even go out of their way to see you.
