I know how you feel. Sounds like you did something to you tailbone(coccyx) It is four little bones that move when that area (Butt) moves. I have a displaced coccyx and one of the bones is sticking out. Get an MRI or x-ray of your sacrum/coccyx area.
Take anti-inflammatories like aspirin or Advil. and try putting ice on your tailbone, and use a donut cushion when you sit or don't sit.

Yep, ice and ibuprofen (if not allergic to it). Maybe get a "donut" to sit on from the pharmacy if it is bothering you that much.
