Hello, this is the thing: When I make pancakes, I cannot achieve they come out round-shaped. Besides, one side gets OK, but the other one turns out full of holes and doesn't cook uniformly. Do you know some tricks to make holeless round uniformly cooked pancakes? Also if you know some recipes for pancakes like with strawberries or some other stuff, it would be great.

Holes always appear on the first top side of a pancake. They are the indicator that the pancake is ready to be flipped and cooked on the other side. They are caused by the leavening agent (gasses) rising to the surface and letting steam escape. There is nothing wrong with these pock marks appearing on your pancake.
Relative to putting fruit into the pancakes, I find, with berries, sliced strawberries, whole blueberries, etc, its best to drop them onto the surface of the uncooked pancake as soon as you pour it onto the hot griddle surface. When you flip the pancake over, the heat of the skillet will cook them sufficiently.
Hope this helps.

I ALWAYS get perfectly round pancakes and NO holes when I do this.

I mix Bisquick, one egg and enough buttermilk (although this can make it taste "bitter" or so my husband says, you can use regular milk instead)to make it runny enough so the batter drips from off of the spoon. I don't ever measure either. Just make sure the batter can drip off of the spoon that gives it the perfect round shape.

If you want no holes, have the heat setting on medium, put a little bit of oil in the pan and let it get hot before you put the batter on. Watch the batter carefully and turn them over when it looks firm. If you wait too long you will get holes.

Like I said, I get perfect pancakes every time. If you want add-ins, just add stuff in with the batter, do nothing else different. Blueberries or chocolate chips work great too.

When I do pancakes I use a 2oz laddle or they have a gadget just for pancakes. They always will come out uniform. Also you may be turning your pancakes to soon. Wait until they get the air bubbles on top then flip. For good things to add to pancakes try granola or add some bananas and cinnamon to the mix. With the berries cook the pancakes normal, then take the berries you want to use and sprinkle sugar on top and let them sit for at least ten minutes. You will notice the juice from the berries in the bowl put all that on top of the pancakes with some fresh whipped cream,Yummy.

Sounds like you might be cooking the first side too long. Pour the batter into a buttered skillet and let a few air bubbles come to the surface then flip the pancake. If you let it cook too long on the first side the up side will be all air bubbles and dry out. I always use complete pancake mix (just add water) then doctor it up with a bit of vanilla. My kids love it when I add shredded apples (or applesauce) and a bit of cinnamon and sugar.

It sounds like your heat is too low.
you should flip the pancake when the batter on top forms "bubbles" that come back together slowly.

It seems like your bubbles are forming becuase the pancake is cooked and the bubbles have set and you are waiting for the bottom to brown before you flip them. If you raise your heat slightly, you wil get the browning on the side sooner and the bubbles will not set when they "pop".

A nice little simple twist on pancake receipe:
Reduce your water by 1/2 cup, add 1/2 cup honey into the mix, serve with sliced bananas & top with walnuts and a little whipped cream.

Make sure you are not over beating the batter and let it sit for a few minutes and make sure you are using an iron skillet or I use a non stick two burner griddle. I never use stainless steel pans. when I want to flavor them I use fresh large blue berries and sometimes I add some pie filling to the batter or on top of the cooked pancakes and some powdered sugar.

I can't get the uniformed look either, but as far as strawberry recipes, simply throw in some sliced strawberries into the batter before cooking. You could also do that with sliced bananas, blueberries, raspberries, or other sweet fruits you can think of. Putting in apple juice rather than water for the batter does wonderful things too.

I would say use a griddle. When my dad or I fix pancakes they some out really good. Krusteaz pancakes come in a box and offer pancakes with fruit. you can find it in a grocery store. For putting fruit in pancakes you could just cut some up or if they're small enough just put them in batter and cook them like you would regular ones.

1) Don't make the batter too thick, nor too thin. Just riiiight...
2) Hot (but not too hot) cast-iron griddle. The ONLY thing fit for pancakes. Greased with a bit of oil...
3) Add some Cream of Wheat to the batter. It'll make 'em a bit crispy.
4) Top with gobs of butter and Aunt Jemima syrup.
