I love the Seafood Sub from Subway, I was wondering if anyone had any recipes for a seafood sub, or anything like it. I am a college student, and tight on cash, its hard to buy subway everyday. thanks for the help!:)

Subway uses imitation crab meat and mayo. It's quite simple...you can add whatever else you like...celery, onions, ect.... Louis Kemp imitation crab meat is the best!!

This is basically all it is......

Imitation Crabmeat Salad

PREP TIME 2 Hrs
READY IN 2 Hrs

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
1 pound imitation crab meat, flaked
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2/3 cup Italian-style salad dressing
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, combine onion, green pepper, celery and imitation crab meat.
In a separate bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, salad dressing, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing mixture into the crab/vegetable mixture and toss lightly to combine. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.

Golden Corral Crab Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
3 pounds imitation crab meat
1 cup chopped green onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup heavy mayonaise

Directions:

Separate (by hand) the pieces of crab.
Put all ingredients together and mix well
If it sets over night in the refrigerator the ingredients will blend.
This is the orginal recipe from Golden Corral.
This recipe for Golden Corral Crab Salad serves/makes 1 gallon
