be brave, approach her and say" hi , i'm joel. You don't know me but I've been looking at you. I just wanted to say hi". then ask for her name, thank her for her attention, wish her to ahve a nice day and leave. Yes just leave, don't talk to her too much the first time you meet her. thus you'll give her time to be wondering-who's that guy, why did he came to me, does he feel attracted to me. provoke her quriosity, and the second time you meet she will surely be interested in you.

Sounds like my situation right now, and I haven't talk 2 him yet, but I'm scared. But I guess I have to stop being scared, and say something soon. I'm getting sick of waiting to talk to him anyway. And that's what u need to do. Talk to her. That's the best advice I can give.

try and go up to her say hi then began to talk slowly or if your firneds know her have them sorta intruduse you but just be like hey in the hallwayy shell say hey back try and slowly start little converstaion the more comfortable you guys get around each other the more youll talk.

talk 2 her but take it one step @ a time n then slowly ask her out maybe that will wurk but first u need to get 2 no her n ask if shez availible then aske her out

You should just try to get to know her well and if you like her as much as you thought you would ask her out.

let her know you're there. silence never speaks. carry on smalltalk with her or ask her out for coffee or something like that. something small but sweet to start things off.
