If your friends and family just want a better life here in America help them get Visa's and enter this country legally.
Wanting a better life is not a justification for circumventing the law. Illegal aliens forfeited any rights they ever sought in this country the second they broke the law to enter our country.

I am not a bigot I believe America is nothing but immigrants since day 1 except for the Indians which I am 1/2. When I lived in Oklahoma and Texas the state min wage was 2.00 dollars an hr. less than federal min wage. why because the Mexicans would come across the boarder and would work for that much. It does create a problem When you think the federal min wage is poverty level.

I am Hispanic as well (Puerto Rican), I understand people coming here and wanting to improve themselves, but there are legal ways of doing that. What makes the ones who snick in here illegally better than the ones still stuck in Mexico awaiting their visas? I agree that they are not stealing jobs, but they are making it impossible for minimum wage to go up (if there are people willing to work for nothing, then why should companies raise their wages?). I'm not trying to be rude, but we are all trying to better ourselves and yet there's no sympathy for the average (legal) working man and woman trying to survive and raise their kids to become model citizens. A lot of criminals are sneaking in here as well, making it more dangerous for our kids. The law has to apply to everyone living here, not just a few. The law has continued to be broken for years, it's time we start enforcing it. The United States can help the world, but we need to start with the United States first.

Are these illegal immigrants?????? or legal?????

I'm sorry, but just because they want in does not mean we are capable of taking them. There are so many naturalized Americans who cannot get a head and need government assistance or a chance at a better life AND THEY ARE HERE!!!!

Fix MEXICO, because your loved one's problems lie in the bad way that country is managed.

Please understand that this is a serious problem which has crept up on the, previously unaware American. We have been going about our business, caring for our families, and contributing both in tax money and in charitable contributions. Upon realizing that our tax dollars are being use prodigiously for those who should not be here and realizing that those of our own are having their resources cut, caused great agitation amongst us all.

If you are in the United States of America without proper documentation then you must be prepared to be completely accountable. It is a sad situation, however you made choices along with others wrongfully here, and you cannot complain because the lawful American decides against your presence.

Think of it like this, it was nice while it lasted. Meanwhile, get your life in order and do what you must to return to your native land. That is my simple, heartfelt advice. Otherwise you may find that your situation will spiral down and you will be filled with many regrets.

Remember also this bit of counsel, your actions will reflect poorly on your family. They may very well pay for the mistakes you have made. For their sakes, please forsake your ways and set a morally correct standard for your children to admire.

May you have a safe trip back to your native land.

My good wishes go with you.

AUSTIN, Texas --A document through the highest monetary officer of Texas claims unlawful immigrants are extra a boon to the Lone Star State's economic system than a drain, including an extra layer to the immigration reform debate. Strayhorn's document mentioned they further $17.7 billion to the gross state product in economic yr 2005 and produced $a million.fifty eight billion in sales through paying taxes and expenses and through gambling the lottery. "If someway those men and women have been to be bused again dwelling day after today, our economic system could minimize through a few 17 billion greenbacks and that is unhealthy information for each and every Texan and each and every trade within the state," he mentioned. Becuase it is against the law to discriminate on the basis of race, nationality, or immigrant status. In other words, public social services agency cannot deny services because you cannot speak english and you are unable to provide proof of your resident status.

Ironically, if an undocumented immigrant knowingly receives social services, he or she may be denied future immigrant benefits. For example, an undocumented alien receives unemployment insurance payments, which is later discovered when he applies for a temporary worker visa. He will be denied that visa because he received unemployment insurance payments when he was not qualified.

I know it is crazy and circular reasoning, but it is what it is.

This question is a general statement. 1st, USA has always helped immigrants(which is themselves). Do u remember the wars frought: w w2 and the Vietam wars. So this country (USA) has always frought, died, helped immigrants, which in turn are "their" families (mexico, africa, europe, and asia countries). That why the USA is a melting pot of cultures, countries, people, etc. And as 4 throwing people out of U.S., that is a general statement to ask, why. B'cause, u have 2 b more specific.

For illegal immigrants to get jobs they have to STEAL a SSN, and that is identity fraud. 70% of Identity fraud cases are illegal immigrants stealing SSN from legal citizens (like legal Hispanics)
