I wouldn't go so far as saying the most (no survey has been taken), but I have relatives there and visit often. Like anywhere else, the are many out of the closet, and many who aren't. But from experience, I was shocked at those who came across as "straight", but I cousins (or their friends) knew them and warned that the guy went both ways.
