My hair is very oily, rebellious, dandruff, i swim.. all that good stuff. Anyway, I found out that putting in talcum powder for that helps...it really does, trust me. But, it leaves my hair smelling like..talcum powder(It's baby powder). What can I use to make my hair smell good, after I put in the talcum(baby) powder? I need products, not shampoos or alternatives to talcum powder please.....

just spray your hair with cologne or something. or, use a lot of shapooo when you shower. i have thick hair and it hold on to sents very very long. i took a shower in the morning and then in the evening people asked me what perfume i was wearing, and it turned out that it was just my shampoo. i use either aussie or panteen pro-v if that helps.

hair holds the scent of purfume longer than skin and clothing so you can try to spritz purfume in your hair...Or I use essential oil (only ones that are safe too put on your skin. I think the one that I wear is called secret garden. It's alot cheaper than purfume (about $5.00 a vial), more concentrated so you can use less, and the bottles are small and easy to put in a purse, desk or backpack. I wear lilac and everyone compliments me about it, and asks where I get it. Oh yeah you can find essential oils at health food stores, or on the web.
Good luck!!
