Should we be worried? No. The guy himself said that the ingredients used are very rare and only available on the black market, and we already know that there is quite a bit of old soviet nuclear material about. I'd question who the guy was, and how he managed to get hold of the rare materials.

Extremely worried.............. this opens a host of opportunities to those who can get their hands on the stuff. No wonder there was so much hype at airports on checking baggage.

Man will always find better, more efficient, ways to kill each other. We've already lost control and gone too far already, this is just one of the next steps before we wipe ourselves out.
