Some women have "extended" labia minora. That's just how they are made. More to nibble on!

I do know how you feel, though. When I was in college, I was about to make love with a girl. When she saw my penis, she freaked out. She thought I was deformed. The problem was that she had never seen an intact, e.g. uncircumcised, penis before. We talked, I explained. We had a good time.

I think at some point during that conversation, we both felt stupid. I know I did, because at first, I couldn't understand what she was trying to say. (After all, it's the only penis I've ever owned.) Then, I think she felt stupid for not really knowing what circumcision was.

The point I'm trying to make is that there's nothing wrong with either one of you. He was curious and asked the question. It's all part of learning about his body and yours. There's no need to be ashamed. Have fun with it!

Please do not be embarrassed. Now, wouldn't be real boring if we were all just the same? Every female with the same breast size, every guy with the same number of inches. Every person on the same planet exactly the same shade of skin, and all at 150 pounds.

This is just a tiny trait in a personal area that makes you unique from lots of other women. As some of the answers indicate, it is a plus in some men's eyes. Go find one of them, and don't get trapped with someone who will be disturbed, confused or make fun of you over this.

If a man truly loves you before he gets close enough to see this intimate spot, it will not matter one way or the other to him, and just see it as one more of you endearing traits.

I've been asked about mine too, several years ago. If I remember correctly, the guy said, "what the hell are those?" I've been self-conscious about them quite a bit, but the more comfortable I get with a man, the less I care. If he sticks around, it can't be bad, right? And we are all unique. I don't know how many men you've seen naked, but there are some strange-looking "members" out there too! We just have to be proud of what we have, and hopefully you'll become comfortable with yourself.

All I can say to you is every woman's body is different and there is nothing wrong or strange or ugly or whatever about yours. There is nothing at all to feel embarrassed about. Your bf needs to try being a bit more sensitive- what an obnoxious, rude thing to point out and ask about.

Sweetie, you aren't the only one out there like that. How "normal" is it? Who decides what's normal? If you are comfortable with it, then no problem. I'm the same way and I haven't had any complaints! And I'm 46!! Be proud of who you are and revel in you differences.

No it isn't wierd, in fact it's quite normal. Extending past the majora is in itself a cause and effect type curiousity. Surely you understand the magnitude of this approximation.

Truly mine are the smae way and no one thank God to this day has asked me what the hell is up with that...Just remember you are unique and so is your pussy let it be...things are not always perfect as long as it doens't bother you and its not disrupting the lovemaking process don't worry about it!

Hello pigsrule25,

Everybody's different. Don't worry about it. It sounds like this guy hasn't seen a lot of naked women anyway. You are fine.

vaginas are very different, just like snowflakes, none look exactly the same. And why would you feel embarassed? Embrace yourself!
