Transudate: Any fluid (solvent and solute) that has passed through a presumably normal membrane, such as the capillary wall, as a result of imbalanced hydrostatic and osmotic forces; characteristically low in protein unless there has been secondary concentration.

Exudate: Any fluid that has exuded out of a tissue or its capillaries, more specifically because of injury or inflammation (e.g., peritoneal pus in peritonitis, or the exudate that forms a scab over a skin abrasion) in which case it is characteristically high in protein and white blood cells.

Yes all the three are correct..Let me add some more..
Transudate is the seeping of fluid that occurs when there is change in the hemodynamics but the capillary endotheluim is intact..The composition is similar to that of serum without proteins because protein molecules cannot pass out of intact endothelium...
Exudate is the seeping of fluid from the blood vessels along with the proteins because of increased vascular permeability...During inflammation the endothelial cells become more permeable to larger molecules like protein as the space between each cell increases due to action of inflammatory mediators...

Exudate /transudate : exudates are fluids, cells, or other cellular substances that are slowly discharged from blood vessels usually from inflamed tissues; transudates are fluids that pass through a membrane or squeeze through tissue or into the extracellular space of tissues; transudates are thin and watery and contain few cells or proteins.

TRANSUDATE = a fluid that passes through a membrane which filters out much of the protein and cellular elements to yield a watery solution. It occurs due to increased pressure in the vains.

EXUDATE = A fluid rich in protein and cellular elements that oozes out of blood vessels due to inflammation and is deposited in nearby tissues.

the difference is that transudate results in a watery solution whereas exudate oozes out and is deposited in surrounding tissue

transudate=simply occurs when there is difference in the osmotic pressure irrespective of the arteriole side or venous side and the hydrostatic pressure
