i am thirteen and i weight 143 and i am 5;7 is that ok or should i lose weight.

first off-you're thirteen. don't worry about your weight. Worry about getting good grades instead, and don't sweat the small stuff. If you're looking to lose some, just eat healthier and try out for sports, ok? :) :) :)

and plug in your information. It will calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index). Compare your BMI to the normal values on the left.

Also pay attention to your cardiovascular health. Can you walk briskly for 40 minutes without getting breathless? This is not a standard test, but it will tell you something about your health status.

Of course, consult a doctor for issues about weight including weight loss plans.

that is well within optimal weight for your height so you are not overweight or obese. its up to you if you want to lose weight but I would not go under 120 if I were you

At 5'7 you are at a pretty healthy weight. As long as you are active, and eat healthy, you'll be just fine!

how do you feel.that's what's important ,check with your doctor he or she is the best one along with you to decide if you need the lose weight
