Three men approach you and stand in a straight line. They are each holding a suitcase, two are empty, one contains a lot of money! Your job is to pick the man who is carrying the suitcase with the money. You have been told beforehand that two of these men always tell lies, and one always tells the truth. You ask each man where the money is, and there response is the following:

Man 1: I do not have the money
Man 2: I do not have the money
Man 3: The second man has the money

Who has the money, and you must explain your answer!

the third man becos the first man told the truth, the second man lied and the third man said 'the second man has the money' which means he lied and it's very obvious he had the money

the third man is the one with the money!

Simple, really.
While you're baking the noodle to figure out who is lying, watch to see who sets down the case first. Paper currency would be heavy, and precious metals even heavier. The man would be fatigued and set down the case, or at least have to change his grip more frequently than the two with the apparently empty cases.
The one who adjusts the grip most often, or sets down the case first has the money.
