u shouldnt thank any1 else but yourself its u that has managed not to do this for 3 days i havent cut myself for nearly 2 yrs and thats because i had punished myself enough i moved away from the things that made me so unhappy and left all bad thoughts and memories there now ive started a new life with a man i love and due to marry him 4th aug next yr remember u r special and u dont need to punish yourself the scars will always remind u of bad past-time but u can do this if i can plz take care and think next time how much u mean to close ppl xxx

why can't you just plateau? i don't get people like you: one minute you might be cutting yourself and the next minute you're blowing kisses and saying you're 'hyper'. don't take everything so seriously, try not to get yourself too down or too up about anything, it'll do you a lot of good (and don't think of this as a personal attack, it's more like constructive criticism). harming yourself is harming yourself, there's no middle ground.
