It's obviously a mixed breed dog with one Chihuahua parent and one Fiest parent.
A Fiest is a kind of rat terrier. They're really cute. Here's the big book description of the breed: This breed makes excellent companions for everybody, especially for children if they are raised with them from puppyhood. These dogs are very intelligent, alert, inquisitive, active and affectionate. Without enough human attention these dogs can become territorial, stubborn and destructive.
