I think i want to propse instead of wait for my bf we been togther 6 months i think i going to prospse when i get to see him a a new years party were going to right at new years?? any think its a bad idea? good idea? um any creative ways i can propose?

Yes, very bad idea and yes it would be weird. Somethings are meant to be one way - a man is the one who should be doing the proposing. If you do propose, don't be suprised if he says no. He may even think you are crazy. Sorry

Who says women can't propose? However I think 6 months isn't long enough to make such a commitment. He might not be ready for it. A good thing to do is talk with him about the future. Where do you both want to be in a year or two years?

Bad idea. Dont propose to him. Just bring up the conversation and see what he thinks about that.

If you are just doing it becuz you cant wait for him to ask you, thats the wrong reason. You need to be asking him becuz you want to marry him and youre doing it becuz you love, not becuz you are getting impatient.
You should just ask him? Has he hinted marriage, if he didnt then dont do it. If he has, then it should be cool,but do it becuz this is the person you want to spend the rest of your life with and not becuz you just want to get married.

yeah its better he if proposes to you that way you always 've the choice to leave him anytime i mean to say if you do not like him latter on,but if u propose nd he leaves you being not so good towards you,you 'll regret afterwards.its better to wait.

It's not "bad", but this would be opening yourself up to rejection. I would "ask" him whether he would consider marrying me in the future, but I would not "propose".

Have you already asked him what his views are on marriage ? Best to ask that first , in case he is hostile to the idea . . . you might want to know that ahead of time.
